- MBBS degree from any Institution, recognized by West Bengal Medical Council/ Medical Council of India.
- Must have completed compulsory rotatory internship.
- Well conversant in MS-Office, data compilation and analysis.The candidate should be permanent resident of West Bengal and should be able to read, write and speak in Bengali.
Desirable Experience : Minimum 1 completed year experience in Public Health.

- For Non Govt. Organizations : 1-3 years- = 1.5, More than 3 years upto 5 years - 3.5 and More than 5 years - 5 marks.

- Age Proof Certificate (Madhyamik or equivalent examination certificate/ admit card).
- All marksheets and certificates from MBBS onwards.
- Internship Completion Certificate.
- Registration Certificate of the Medical Council.
- All the post qualification experience certificates issued and stamped by the appropriate authority starting from oldest to latest.
- Experience certificate must consist of Name of the post, Employer's Name, Employee's Nmae, Date of joining (DOJ) and Date of Leaving (DOL) otherwise his/her experience will be treated as invalid. No appointment letter will be treated as experience certificate.
