Application Fee : The applications should be submitted with necessary fee of Rs. 300/- (Rs. 250/- for SC/ST/PWD) Rs. 250 for the post of Group-D (Rs. 200/- in case of SC/ST/PWD) in the form of Bank Challan (Fee Challan can be Downloded from the official website of District Judge of Hooghly).
How to Apply : Interested and Eligible candidates may apply on Prescribed application format (See PDF Below) along with attested copies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualification,Caste,Experience,Age Certificate (if applicable) and any other relevant documents.
Candidates must also enclose 01 (25cm x 11cm) Self-Addessed envelope with the Application Form affixed with postage stamp of Rs. 5/-
The envelope containing the print-out/enclosures should be super scribed on top with -- "Name of the post __________ , Category ______________"
Applicant must not submit application for more than one post.

- Lower Division Clerk (Group-C) : 19 Posts
- (Group-D) : 21 Posts
- English Stenographer (Group-B) : Passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognized Board and at least a certificate in Computer Training From recognized institution and a satisfactory fingering speed in computer operation. Minimum speed @80 W.P.M. in shorthand and a minimum speed @30 W.P.M. in typewriting from a legible manuscript in English for 10 minutes.
- Bengali Translator (Group-B) : Graduate or Passed equivalent Collage Examination from any recognized University and well versed in Bengali and English Language having at least a certificate in computer Training from recognized institution with a satisfactory fingering speed in Computer operation.
- Lower Division Clerk (Group-C) : Passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognized Board and at least a certificate in Computer Training From recognized institution and a satisfactory fingering speed in computer operation.
- (Group-D) : The Candidate must have Class-VIII Pass Certificate from any recognized school or Madrasa or any other recognized equivalent institution.
- English Stenographer (Group-B) : Rs. 7,100/- - Rs. 37,600/- + Grade Pay Rs. 3,900/-
- Bengali Translator (Group-B) : Rs. 7,100/- - Rs. 37,600/- + Grade Pay Rs. 3,600/-
- Lower Division Clerk (Group-C) : Rs. 5,400/- - Rs. 25,200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2,600/-
- (Group-D) : Rs. 4,900/- - Rs. 16,200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 1,700/-
