WBSEDCL Recruitment 2015 : West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Limited (WBSEDCL) has released notification for the recruitment of Assistant Engineer (E), Assistant Engineer (IT&C), Assistant Engineer (C), Assistant Manager (HR&A), and Assistant Manager (F&A) by promotion through 'limited departmental examinations'. Educational Qualification :

1. For Assistant Engineer (E) : BE/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engineering) degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics (Combined) / B.Sc (H) in Physics with 3 years B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute duly approved by AICTE/IITs.
   
   OR 
   AMIE in Electrical Engineering.
2. For Assistant Engineer (IT&C) : BE/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engineering) degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics / Electronic & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication / M.Sc(Computer Science) / MCA / B.Sc (H) with 3 years B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute duly approved by AICTE/IITs.
   
   OR 
   AMIE in Computer Science & Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering.
3. For Assistant Engineer (C) : BE/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engineering) degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering from any recognized Institute duly approved by AICTE/IITs.
   
   OR 
   AMIE in Civil Engineering.
4. For Assistant Manager (HR&A) : Graduate in any discipline and MBA / MPM/MHRM with major specialization in HR/ Personnel Management or 3 years PG degree/ diploma with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management from any Institute duly approved by UGC/ AICTE/ XLRI/ IIMs/ IIT B Schools.
   
   MBA with dual specialization,both of same weightage with one specialization being HR/ Personnel Management from any Institute duly approved by UGC may also apply.
5. For Assistant Manager (F&A) : Graduate in any discipline and passed final examination from institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India or MBA with major specialization in Finance from a University recognized by UGC/ Institute duly approved by AICTE/ IIM's / XLRI/ IIT B Schools. 
   
   MBA with dual specialization,both of same weightage with one specialization being Finance from any Institute duly approved by UGC may also apply.

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on during Written Examination (MCQ Type), Computer Proficiency Test, Interview,Verification of document.
